service manual for 99' or shop manual

Does anyone know how to get one? I had one but windows took it off

What do you mean by "windows took it off"?

I've used my CD/DVD based manuals for over fifteen years through at least four or five major versions of Windows.

There was a fatal flaw a couple months ago with Windows 10 where it would "clean" out the user's files.

I was going to respond with a post last night about the importance of backing crap up... storage is cheap these days.

Leaving crap on your desktop or on your computer is a big no-no.

Get a large (reliable!) flash drive, or a USB external hard drive. Then put that some place safe, like a safe/vault. Or do a network share (like Google Drive, Dropbox, etc, etc).

I deal with this all the time at my job. I tell people don't save to your desktop!
