will i need to change the computer also .

No, since 1999 also had PATS and a lot of electronics. It should be plug and play.

The 2001 may or may not be a PI motor, so you need to keep the intake and exhaust manifolds on the 1999 motor to be safe. Manifolds are not compatible between PI and non-PI.
