Shudder issues

I hv a 2000 f150 5 speed 4.2 2wd with 321,000 miles on it. 6 wks ago I put a self adjusting clutch with pressure plate, throw out bearing, flywheel an slave cylinder. The clutch adjusted perfectly. But I've had a bad shudder at take off and in reverse. I can't take off slow in either gear with out the truck shaking violently. Wat could be the root to this issue. It's my daily driver and this is driving me insain

It's the the clutch disc, flywheel and pressure plate combination.
May be the self adjusting feature.
You have almost no way to pin it to one of the parts.
Only course of action is remove it, register a complaint with the vendor or manufacturer and or put other parts sourced in place.
It's a grabbing / release action.
Problem has been around a hundred years in manual shift vehicles from time to time.
Bigger problem is all the labor involved.
Good luck.

Sounds like your new flywheel is warped or you didn't clean the preservative off it.
