I am getting no spark no fire. And I cannot hear my fuelpump so i think its my PMC is there a fuse for the PMC if so where is it or any suggestions the truck is a 1997 ford f150 with a 4.2

It's not that simple.
First the fuel pump must power up at key 'on'.
If not, the PCM has not powered up.
No spark if you checked at cranking means the PCM has not powered up.
The PCM causes the fuel pump to run a few seconds then stops.
It restarts on cranking if the PCM is powered, assuming no faults.
Check the PCM relay and the PCM fuse for seating or a fault.
Get these basics checked first.
Consult your owner manual for locations in the engine bay power distribution box.

I recently had to replace my PCM relay on my 2002 F150 5.4 when it was occasionally failing to start. The engine spun over fine but would not fire. It is in the fuse box in front of the brake booster. I do not know if yours is in the same place since you have a 97 and a 4.2.
Check the codes. If the PCM isn't powering up, there should be a code.

Just looked up the thread on my truck. The code was P1000 which is so generic it may not have been relevant but replacing the PCM relay evidently fixed my truck because it has not failed to start since then. Knock on Wood!

So this is what happened the battery was going dead so I tested alternator knowing it was bad so I put a new alternator on the truck and it still wasn't charging the truck but it would start and run just fine so I started pulling fuses and couldn't find any blown but them I went to start the truck again it wouldn't fire it up so now it's getting no fire and no spark

Find and CHECK the field winding fuse.
If the charge lamp is on, the regulator is not seeing any altenator output.
That's why it is on at cranking and normally goes off after the motor starts..
If not, there is a problem.
