99 f150 4.6l engine noise

Hey guys, Ive been lurking the forums for a while and decide that I needed some expertise.
My 99 f150 with 330,000 miles on it developed an engine noise that was minimal, and now it sounds like it's falling apart.
I had the flexplate replaced because me and my mechanic thought that was the cause of the noise and do to the noises location at the time that seemed right. After replacing the flexplate the noise got worse. It sounds to me like it could be the lash adjusters, but I'm not certain. I put the link to my video on youtube at the bottom.

Does anybody have a clue?

Thanks! I don't think it's too far gone yet, but don't wanna break the bank either. I know the lash adjusters are fine and the timing chain is pretty tight from what I can tell. Ill have to tear it down some more to really see though.
