I Need Some Help with Two New Engine Related Noises

I have combed Google and Youtube, and found many with similar problems, but not found much as to an answer. So here I am....

I've got a 2001 SuperCew 5.4L with about 195,000 miles on it. To date, I have done all of the following to the engine;
Replaced the intake manifold
Replaced all COP's (some more than once)
Replaced all plugs twice
Replaced PCV valve
Fixed multiple vacuum leaks and other things causing lean conditions.

All of the above repairs happened 6 months ago or more. While I do currently have a random occasional missfire, it is inconsistent with the noises I'm hearing.
I have resorted to keeping a code reader in the truck, half the time plugged in constantly, because it's always throwing codes at me.

Now on to my question at hand. I have two noises in two different locations that I can't quite pin point. I videoed both in hopes I can get a resolution. These noises have both started within the past month or two so I don't believe they have any thing to do with previous repairs.

First, the engine clatter.....

And then the one under the cab. I've checked all the heat shields in this area and all are tight. I'm thinking this is inside the cat, but want some other opinions.

Ideas, opinions, expert advice is all appreciated.

Bad lifter for engine noise, and maybe broken cat or cracked flywheel under the floorboard

Engine noise sounds like a pulley bearing gone bad.
Maybe the Tensioner.
The other noise sounds like Tin work loose.
Recheck the covers on the Cats. If even one weld is loose it will make noise.
