First post! I picked up a 2002 F150 supercab 4.2L 2WD XL from a neighbor wanting to get rid of it because he had not maintained it and had no use for it. I’ve been in the process of fixing it up and I’m about to undertake the next project - removing his body lift. He had installed a 3” suspension and a 3” body lift - I like the suspension lift but just don’t like the look the body lift has. What parts will I need to remove this? Assuming I’ll need new bed bolts - does anyone know the part number for them and any other obvious parts I’ll probably want to go ahead and grab? Thanks in advance!

 

My best suggestion is to start with a junkyard. Parts like this are universal no matter what engine, but try to stay in the same model year.

 

I was wondering if you got the 3" body lift removed? If so, I'm looking to buy one?
