How to disable my anti-theft system in my 1999 Ford F-150 and where is it located or

How can I disable my anti-theft system? I have a 1999 Ford F-150. Is there a wire I can cut & ground??I need some help!!

If all it took was cut a wire it would not be a very good Theft system.
What's the problem?
