2002 F150 XLT 4X4 heater hose help please!!
Hello all,
I searched the web (and this forum) as well as my Hanes, yet I still am in need of some help in installing one of my heater hoses on my F150. Last winter I replaced my heater core and thought I was all set this year. However, with the frigid temps we've been having this year, I have found I'm just not been getting the heat I should be. I replaced one of the heater hoses...can't remember left or right right now, and went to try and replace the other but it disappears way back between the engine and the fire wall. I have read one must remove the intake manifold to get to it.... surely there has got to be a better way? Can it be reached easier from under the vehicle? Does anyone know what it connects to anyways? I'd appreciate any and all the help I can get, so please feel free to chime in.
