Unhappy 2000 f150 5.4 noise by pulleys

Hi guys new to the forum I need help figuring out this chirp noise,I have looked up other forums and YouTube videos that have help but now I'm lost. So far I have replaced the serpentine belt oem, new idler pulley, new tensioner with pulley, new ac clutch pulley, and new alternator with pulley. I don't know where this noise keeps coming last night and in the morning I used some Prestone belt dressing serpentine and it cut the noise, but you can still hear it and I parked the truck at work I waited 1 hour and cranked it still makes noise. This is frustrating plz help

CAREFULLY use a mechanic's stethoscope to find the noise source.

Check the alignment of all the pulleys with a straight edge. It sounds like one of the pulleys is slightly out of align and the side of the belt is squealing against it.
