Same as what? The 7700 series may have more in common with the F250.

The 7700 was originally called a F250 Light Duty, which was really a F150. Most parts on a 7700 are the same as other F150's.

The rear axle and front hubs are different because of the 7 lug wheels.

Exactly what front end parts are you talking about? 2wd or 4wd? If 4wd, with or without offroad package?

Rear shocks are not the same, you need shocks for a 7700 and 2wd/4wd shocks are different.

WHATEVER parts you need, get them for your specific application - 7700 2wd or 4wd or 4wd with offroad package. You can research them at rockauto.com.

The 7700 has a larger radiator and I'm sure the springs are stiffer and probably have different valved shocks
