Beefing up springs/shocks for plowing

I'm in a hurry and have to leave for work, so I didn't have time to search for this type of info. Apologies if it's been beaten to death!

Anyway, I have a 2002 Ext Cab with 5.4, and I added a Snow-Way half-ton plow two winters ago. It was a tad saggy in the front, so I added weight in the bed, which helped some. Then I realized maybe the best thing would be to beef up the front and rear shocks/springs.

Anyone done something like this and have advice (other than buy a Super Duty lol) on which items to get? I have two other vehicles, so this is pretty much a dedicated plow truck, FWIW. I drive it once a week all year just to keep it active, though.

Thanks!
