Mud truck problems

I have a 99 f-150 with a 4.6 and I just got another F1 50 with a 5.4 And will the 5.4 wire hangers work with the 4.6 wire harness from my other tuck Motor. And is there anyway with the 4.6 to bypass the computer so I don't need it for mud bogging ???

From your post, really can't tell what your asking.
None of these motors will run without the computer.
Ignition is all electronic. Ignition Timing is Logic derived. (no distributor)
Fuel injection is same as Ignition all electronic driven and timed.
Ignition system between the two motors is different.
4.6 has coil packs, 5.4 has 8 individual coils.
Good luck.

So I'll have to pull the wiring out of my 4.6 to put in my 5.4 to make the 4.6 work in that truck l.
I've also welded it into four-wheel-drive because it's just a mud truck not to go back on the road ever again. So no matter what I need a computer for both motors
