I have a 98 F-150 that I have been doing work on as a project, and i was trying to take off the headlight, but two of the tabs wouldnt budge. Any help. Thx in Advance

 

Push down slightly on the tab, press in on the light slightly, then give a solid pull up on the tab

 

Still no luck, I took off the shroud, and corner lights, and it looks like one of the tabs are stuck on the rubber/plastic stopper. I have been trying to bend it and stuff, no luck, just slowly breaking the fiberglass.
