I hope someone can help me. My husband committed suicide a couple of weeks ago and I need to start his truck and let it run at least. It won't start. Just replaced battery month ago. It's cranking but won't turn over. It acts like it's not getting gas. After checking some things there are 3 relay switches missing from the inside panel. #'s 3, 4 & 5. Are these nessecary? I couldn't find a manual so I looked up amd there are relays under hood as well. I will check but it's dark and raining right now. Can anybody help?

 

Can you hear the fuel pump run when you turn the key on? You can check for fuel pressure at the Schrader valve on the fuel rail.

Sorry for your situation.
None of them are needed to start the motor.
You do need #3 for control of lighting and signal.
#4 and 5 are not needed or associated with engine control.
