Hey I've used this truck for mud slings and wanted to up grade trans to an auto. Manual transmission are hard to keep going and you lose momentum in three foot of mud. I've won several races with this truck mainly cause it revs higher than a small block. Witch keeps the wheels moving.
Any way it's a 99 f150 4.6 pi swap cams intake etc.
I have a newly rebuilt e4od that I put behind it with a off-road shift kit. I took it to a dyno tune shop and he couldn't get it to take a program using the pcm from the e4od.
Anyone know of a place that will write a new program for this setup. I have another race coming up in March.
