No high beams or high beam indicator for a month

I had no high beams or high beam indicator. I figured it was the switch. In the 2001 F150 the 20 amp fuse in slot 16 is loose and even falls out. Jiggling the fuse I gained high beams and high beam indicator again.
I tried lodging a toothpick beside it and doesn't do a real good job holding fuse but helps. Any tricks for a damaged fuse slot?? Tape on fuse to make it wider? Any suggestions besides replacing whole interior cab fuse box??

Disconnect the battery, take a small hook and see if you can bend the metal tab towards the inside of the fuse slot

I couldn't even get test light to light up by pushing in or touching tabs with fuse in.
