Only wiper action I have is in washer mode. Replaced multifunction switch on column replaced wiper motor check all fuses and relays. I did notice when replacing run/park relay the cover came off and I squeezed the contacts together and the wipers moved. Only thing I know left is this gem module which I cant locate. I will take any advice Im really frustrated with this. Thanks George

 

well... I'm Not 100% on the GEM module location in the F250 (should be in the same location) but on the F150 is should be behind the fuse block on the drivers side lower dash panel. Youtube is your friend here...some very good ones on this
