Have spark and fuel!!! can't be a no fire.
What is the fuel pressure at the port while cranking using a pressure gage?
Are you positively sure spark is present?
Are the injectors firing?
Aside from the plug wire order being incorrect, there is no reason it should not at leas attempt to fire unless you changed the PCM.
We don't have anything to go on until you confirm the above questions.
Good luck.

Sounds like you didn't plug something in. I'm not a gambler, but I'm betting you didn't plug in the crank and/or cam sensor so the PCM doesn't know the engine is spinning.

One coil is getting power, the other one is not.

Getting power, or producing spark? Totally separate issues.

All i did was getting it to start. It was late last night. I will check to see if the coil is good, for the loss of power. When i get off work later i will check

It wasnt getting any power from the coil connector. I test it out with voltage meter. It was the driver side. It wasnt giving power to the coil, so the coil wasnt producing any spark.

.
Of course the PCM will set those codes because it does not see the coil 'current signatures' because there is no power to them.
Both coils get power from the same fused source through the PCM relay..
You damaged the harness doing the work.
The PCM relay is operating because the PCM is able to see the loss of coil power in order to set those codes.
There are at least 6 other sensors that take power from the same source as the coils.
See Haynes Manual page 12-21 for the layout.
All you have to do is inspect for damage and test for power at different points to see where the loss is, and how extensive.
Maybe wrong plugups have been made as well. It is possible
Good luck.
