A Different "Seat Swap" Question

Wondering if the track and base from a '99 Lariat seat can be grafted with the foam/upholstery of an '03 XLT seat. In other words, I'd like to convert the XLT seat in my '03 to use the 8-way power base/tracks from my '99 Lariat.

Possible?

Thanks in advance.

Well..... The XLT has the same adjustments as my '99 Lariat. Ford just consolidated everything into one control.

Whoops.

On another note, now I'm going to want to investigate replacing the flip-up rear seat(s) in the '03 with the flip *down* back seat in the '99 as well as swapping the upholstery. I didn't use the seats much at all in the '99, and having the flat area in the 'back was very convenient. (It was a great place for the dog to lie down.)

I don't think that Ford changed the bolt hole location in the subsequent years. The only thing to consider is the seat belt. I believe that the 99 has the seat belt bolted to the floor but the 03 has it attached to the seat.
