Hello everyone, it was time to buy new tires on my truck and friend had a set of harley Davidson wheels/tires in almost new condition in his garage from his 02 model. For $500 he pretty much gave them to me. My question is how much lower is a 02 HD or how many inches do i need to lower my stock 02 xlt supercab to have that stance HD trucks do. Any feed back is greatly appreciated, thanks

 

What a buy! Those are beautiful wheels. I think they were 1" lower.

 

Great purchase. I'm extremely jealous. I'm happy with my FX4s but would sell them in a heartbeat for a chance at a $500 set of HDs.

 

It's about 1" up front and 2" in the back

You can comfortably run 2/4 or 3/5 drop and keep the tire size the same.


Hopefully they aren't original factory tires on the wheels from 2002, they are twice as old as the recommended 7 year service life for a tire
