My F150 turns off every time I stopped on a red light or stop sign but before it turns off it starts shaking what may be the problem

Does it smooth out if you give it just a little gas? If so, clean or replace the IAC.

Probably a massive vacuum leak.

If it has a massive vacuum leak, it should be tripping the CEL and throwing lean codes.

For all we know, based on what little he told us, it may well be. If it's the IAC, you should also have a MIL with underspeed codes, but he didn't mention that, either.

When I had these kinds of problems it was the high pressure oil. It looks like a fuel problem but it is actually the second one more often.
