Try an auto body shop or an upholstery shop.

 

I found an aftermarket version of these on ebay ... Search Ford Chrysler nylon retainer

They only came in light gray. I needed tan, but once painted they were indistinguishable from the factory clips.

 

Both good suggestions. I have found odd moldings and seals this way too. For more than just trucks too.
