1999 F150 4.6l XL

I'm new to this forum, so I have a couple of questions/issues I'm wondering about, my AC, blows warm air thru defrost only. I went to a salvage yard and tried another actuator motor and ac control panel and no change. Air will not blow out thru the vents/panels. I even checked the vacuum hose going in thru the firewall. I even changed the relay fuse under the hood and checked the fuse panel inside the truck. I also have a problem with the fuse box under the hood. Vibrations some how will cause a short for alternator? Just hoping someone can help me out 😅

Look at the vacuum lines behind the battery, they are small hard plastic and frequently crack and break.

I checked where that little valve or tee is. The one going into the firewall looks good can't hear anything. The other looks like its going to the washer fluid.?
