Rear end torque specs 99 F 150 4X4 5.4L
Well gents,
It been a while since I posted. Back in 2011 while I was deployed to Afghanistan, we were having a 4th on the way so with a super crew cab that would not have worked out so good with a family of 6. If anybody remembers me I had a 2010 cherry red FX4 that I traded my 2004 ZO6 corvette in for.
A year after owning a brand new truck I traded the FX4 for a custom ordered from the factory 2012 1LT AWD Chevy Traverse and we love it. Hauls the camper just fine.
Just before I retired about 18 months ago, I was able to buy a 2001 Black with mod red interior Z06 vette, I found one that I could afford because I missed that car so much. If any interest I'll post up some pics
What brings me here tonight is I am going to a friends house and lending him my torque wrench and having a few. My friends rear end went out in his 99 F 150 4X4 and it had the 5.4L engine.
If anybody can point me in the right direction, all the torque specs for his job would be appreciated.
Also, Anything with directions from a PDF or something like that with the correct # of shims and back lash.
Gear ration would be a bonus just so I can be sure he has the correct gears.

If the rear is stock the ration will be on the tag under one of the rear diff cover bolts. There should also be a code on tag in the door jam telling what the rear diff ratio is and if it has a traction lock.
