Ford f150 2002

What would cause my truck to loss power put new fuel filter on it still loss power and still missing and I think it may blow by what you think I need to do now

A really dirty air filter will cause a loss of power. Low fuel pressure probably would too. Change the fuel filter and air filter if you haven't already. Might want to check the fuel pressure to see if the pump and regulator are working properly.
