Can this frame be saved?

I have a guy wanting to trade me vehicles and he's going to through in some cash also. Its an 01 with 130,000. The truck needs work but that's fine with me, I just don't know if the frame can be saved. What do you thing? The shackles/hangers are about to shoot through the bed. Lol

This is right behind the rear tires.

Anything is possible. Won't be easy or cheap.

If it was me I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole

What are you trading him? A shopping cart?

Might be worth it.
