2002 4.2 L No Start Draw on Fuses 15 and 103
@ weeks ago it was raining hard and i got out and heard my truck just die . Ive had no real problems and it threw me. It would not start, I replaced plugs, coil pack and filters, still no start. i have a draw on Fuse 15 and 103. When ignition is on the fuel pump does nothing but you jump 12 volts to fuel pump relay and the pump works. If you sprsay starter fluid it will run all day you quit itquits AND the battery is drawing. I need help somebody with answers pleasde. im open to ALL!!!

I would verify if you are getting fuel pressure or not. It sounds like you are not without jumping the relay.
Do you have a fuel pressure gauge? I don't have the specs handy, but I'm sure that you can search this sight and find out what psi you should have with the key on.

Can I ask why you have not looked in your owner manual and identified what the 103 fuse is for?
Why run to coil packs, plugs and filter on a wild guess. What would these items have to do with blowing such a large fuse?
The 103 is a 50 amp fuse powering the central junction box that powers a lot of other circuits.
Think maybe that is why the motor won't start?
50 amp fuse is a pretty big fuse size. Be careful of a serious short that could burn wiring if you try to force the issue by replacing the 50 amp fuse without doing some serious investigation.
One reason the motor won't start is the PATS system likely is out of power.
If this is the case the motor will not get any fuel by design as theft protection it is supposed to do.
