02 F150 4X4 lariat

I have water that is staying in the back doors of my extended cab. When I say in....I mean inside... Sloshing around. I don't think is much, but enough that when I hit the brakes, I can hear it sloshing around in there. Anyone else had this problem before. Searched the forum and found no ? pertaining to this.

There are small slits at the bottom corners of the doors. Could they be stopped up? Take a something the size of a toothpick and open them up if they are.

Blue....found them slits and cleaned them out.
