Found this video of the same body style as my 1999. And like the wheels and was wondering if anyone can figure out what brand they are? I know the truck is from Mexico. But still may get lucky.

 

Not exactly the same but the Moto Metal 959's and ATX Crawl's are pretty similar looking. I've definitely seen the wheels on that truck for sale somewhere online before though. Your best bet is to just hop on eBay and search for something like "5x135 black wheels" and look through all the results it returns.
