My 2003 F150 has an electronic temp control. When I turn the a/c on it only blows at what seems like the lowest setting. I try to turn it on high and still the same thing. I replaced the blower motor resistor (it may be called something else due to the climate control) and it still doesn't work. My temperature control has been messed up for a while ( only blows through defrost unless I bypass vacuum) and not sure if the two are related. Please help because it's a hot summer!

I did and it was either all 8's or all zeros.
