Running rough, power loss

My original issue was coil pack with #5 was the issue. I changed both coil packs so I would have 2 new ones. Now I am not only having issues with # 5 but also with 2 and 8 which makes no sense to me. I have cleaned my mass flow sensor and unplugged it to take it out of the equation with no change, Any suggestions are appreciated. I did not change my plugs. They are 2 years old with less than 6000 miles on them. Could they still be the issue?

Here are the codes I am getting:

P0305
P0302
P0308
P0174
P0171

Thanks'

Did you verify the plug wires are correctly arranged?

Have you checked for a vacuum leak, notably on the PCV system? You may easily have knocked something loose or otherwise induced a new failure during your prior efforts.

I've double checked the wiring and did one pack at a time plus taped, marked and took a pic lol, also went to Auto Zone and had someone there verify.

Where or how do I check the vacuum line(s)?

Thanks for reaching out

Follow the line from the PCV valve around the back of the intake and check the elbow where it connects - that likes to rot out.

That may not be causing the misfires, but that sure will cause those 2 lean codes. Major vacuum leak.

could also be fuel system. If you have not changed the filter in along time do that and get a pressure reading.
