I have a 98 f150 4X4 with the **** on dash I have checked fuses all good .The two silonode s behind battery are hot with switch on when I put test light clamp on ground the 2wd lights up when you turn the 4wd switch the light stays on on 2wd side and dose nothing on 4wd side meaning no ground please help I am lost

 

Those relays get their ground through an operated transfer case motor.
The case motor engages the transmission to power the front driveshaft.
One relay allows vacuum to operate the front actuator.
Likely the case motor either has not run or the circuit board contact is faulty.
