Angry 1997 F-150 XLT Instrument Cluster Issues

Hey all, new to this forum. I have a 1997 Ford F-150 XLT extended cab 4.6l Triton. I have just replaced my GEM recently apparently for no reason at all. Was hoping it'd solve my driver power window issue with it not rolling down. Anyways, my instrument cluster has gone wonky on me. The Oil Pressure, Coolant Temp, Battery Voltage, and Gas gauge have not been working correctly. I just put my old GEM back in today, and it still did the same thing. I have uploaded a video to youtube to show the problem. I am thinking it may be the cluster, or possibly an ECM? I know for a fact the water wasn't warm because the engine was off for a couple hours while replacing the GEM, my alternator is charging at 13.88 volts, and I have half a tank of gas. Tach and Speedometer work great. As for the oil pressure, that's normally on the lower side of halfway between the markings. I think I am going to the junk yard tomorrow to pick up a cluster and give it a shot, if nothing else he will let me return it. Any thoughts and help will be greatly appreciated!!!

Possibly not high enough - I'd go over to the parts store and get both the battery and alternator tested in the truck in the parking lot.

These clusters have cold solder spots where everything are soldered to the board. I have fixed a few of these by re-soldering. there is video's on you tube about this. You will have to look close, you will see little circles (cracks) in the solder or (off color gray) looking, just re-solder them all that you see like this. Used ones will have the same problem.
