Alright fellas I came into a new job and I'm making good money. I have nothing to spend it on so I'm dumping it on my truck. I have a 01 5.4 triton super crew. I want a fast truck and I don't want to buy another because I have a good bit of money into it. so I'd like to launch a project. I'm thinking headers, exhaust, supercharger, and programmer. My current engine has 143,000 miles on it. I'm hesitant to do all of this to such an old engine. So should I:
Buy a new crate motor or something.
buy a new motor and have work put into it?
keep the orginal motor
Any input appreciated !
