Help!!!

I recently took a 1999 F150 2WD body and put it on my 2000 F150 4WD frame. When I removed the old body I kept all the electrical components that was affiliated with the 4WD,(computer, power distrabution box...ect). When I finished and tried to start it, it only spins over without cranking also the theft light was flashing fast, so I thought the chip n the 2000 F150 was programmed to the computer and swapped the chip and still the same. Would I have to change the instrument cluster as well? I have noticed there is no mileage illuminated not even dashes and the DATA port link does not work... Any ideas? 4.6L

It needs the GEM from your old cab and the dash switch for 4x4 and the instrument cluster and the list goes on. Take every thing including the dash from the old and put it in the new.
