Lope idle when cold start
When I start my 2001 5.4 in the morning or any other cold start really after 1 or 2 minutes it will start to lope 300 or so rpms up and down from like 650-700 to 950-1000 rpm. If I tap the gas it revs fine with no hesitation. Has done it for a while doesn't seem to harm anything. Just curious what might cause it. And has anybody else ever had this issue?

Clean / replace the IAC.
Clean the MAF and TB.
