2000 F150 Leaky Windshield

Update from pervious post:

I am having rain water leaking into the Cab from the windshield, and dripping into the GEM causing ALL kinds of fun. If I cover the cab or park in the garage and keep the GEM dry, then the issues go away.
So I am not replacing the GEM till I can get the Leak fixed.

I can't afford to replace or reseal the windshield so I am trying tommy-rig some sort of solution.

The Question I have is, Is it common to have spots were the Windshield sealer has moved below the glass? And is there any where else I should be looking for leaks on the drivers side of the cab?

On the drivers side door and at the bottom of the windshield on the drivers side, there are a few spots that don't look like the rest. Please see the photos below for a better idea of what I am trying to describe.

Any suggestion or Help are appreciated.

I used to work in a glass shop, years ago, and it looks to me like you do have an issue with the urethane adhesive that holds the windshield in place. I also had a ford truck with a leak like yours and I ended up having to replace the windshield to finally get it sealed up. There is a trick I can tell you about that MIGHT work for you, but I can't explain it well on here so if you're interested PM me and I'll fill you in.
