98 ford F150 4.6 missing

Hi my name is Anthony in I am new to the forums. I have a 98 ford F150 4.6 that has a misfire. I have a code reader in its given a code of 0354.number 4 cylinder. I checked the number 4 plug in the spark is there, but the number 2 isn't getting any spark at all out of all 8 the number 2is the only one. Had coil pack tested and it's good.. Any other suggestions?

#4 is the last one back (closest to the firewall) on the passenger side. Are you looking at the right one? That's the plug that's under the heater hose which likes to leak and fill up the well, you probably need a new plug and wire.

Did you use Motorcraft plugs and wires?

Motorcraft wires are the only ones that engine likes!
