100,000 Tune up

I recently purchased my first Ford F-150 2003 Regular cab 5spd. It has about 128,000, I can tell the engine maintenance was neglected. Anyways i'm looking on suggestions on Best brands of plugs, wires, etc. for this truck. As in my camaro I only use Ac Delco.

Any and all help and criticism is greatly appreciated.

What I do is replace plugs Motorcraft or better on all parts and make damn sure you know its better. Front o2s clean throttle body and IAC. New coils. Trans fluid and filter. Personally I just would use any merc/dex fluid. I put walmart trans fluid in my Vic but I did go with Amsoil in my truck. Air fuel filters.. If you have never changed your shocks do it. The difference is dramatic. check brakes check the bushing on the front sway bar..
