does any one have a diagram of where the freeze plugs are on 1999 4.2L engine? My son has at least 2 leaking. I want to do all as I'm sure the others are not far behind. And does the trans or engine need pulled to do them? Any info is appreciated! I have been searching but could not find any diagrams or pics that would be useful.

To do them all, you have to pull the engine or transmission. There are two on the front of the block, three on the back of the block, two on each side of the block and the heads have one in the front and one in the rear.
