Biggest part of the problem now is your not equipped to interpret codes.
Not even what a reader says.
What was the code?
Just because it mentions Ox sensor in the description does not mean the sensor is the fault.
What you need now is to plug in a Scanner (not a reader) and see which Pids are not complete causing the code 1000, then work on that system/s to find the fault.
This whole thing is a comedy of errors and lack of knowledge causing confusion, time and money and your being taken advantage of from this lack.
I know it might sound a bit tough to you but you came for help and we are trying sorting it out a little at a time as we get to the base line issue from the past leading us to the present condition.
Good luck.

Yep the ford dealer told you the problem. Your O2s are just telling you you have a problem-not that they ARE the problem! You need to fix the intake leak!

Well... I found a local mechanic with a scanner and it was showing a misfire on #3 cylinder. Since I had already replaced the coil/plug I decided to take closer look and recheck everything. After unplugging the coil, I pulled back the wiring harness and noticed a small knick in one of the wires. Apparently it was occasionally shorting causing the misfire. After a little electrical tape(temporary fix), everything is running smooth. I feel a little dumb for not noticing this the first go around. But I still don't understand why it never threw any misfire codes. Anyway, I wanted to thank everyone for the help and advice. They were all great ideas and I truly appreciate all the help you have given me. And I intended on replacing the manifold gaskets this weekend.
Thanks,
Drawlins87
