Front hub part??

After taking apart the front wheels and removing the rotors/bearings i found this part attached to the knuckle. I has two mounting bolts to the knucke. A second part which appears to be a felt or leather seal fits inside of it. I have been ubable to locate the part or number. Any ideas of the name number and where to find???? Thanks

I thought the super duty was a diesel. My truck is a 2 wheel drive with the 5.4 CNG engine and is considered a 97 F250 xl. It doesnt look like the super duty either. Seems the only difference i see is i have 7 bolt rims as opposed to the 5 bolt rims. I thought the SD had 8 bolt rims.
Its my first Ford so i know little.
