need help with replacing radiator support

Hey everyone! My 02 has had a rusty rad support/ body mount for a long time but its getting to the point where there isn't much left holding it! Anyhow i have a week off work in 3 weeks and im trying to get a plan in order to get it fixed up, i have seen threads about changing it but not to many with pictures does anybody have pics or advice on whats the best way to get it done? im a marine service technician and know my way around a wrench and welder so im thinking it wont be to bad.

There are 12 spot welds on each side that must be cut. I marked them in one of the pics in red marker. Also body mounts need to be removed probably by saw LOL!!
Wondering if the front fender needs to be supported seeing as you are cutting out the front support??
The 02 probably isnt too different from the 97 i would think.
I should point out that i have not done this before and i am new to Ford trucks so you should be able to ace it..

thanks for the reply! i dont think its going to be to bad, the body mount is apart of the core rad support correct so when i order it it will be all one piece i hope. think im going to put in a 3'' body lift while im in there also haha
