My passenger side window will not go up unless i reverse the wires, yellow/red stripe, red/yellow stripe at the motor. I tested the wires at the switch:

while pressing the UP:
yellow/rd lights up
red/yellow lights up
white/yellow lights up

While pressing the down:
yellow/rd lights up
red/yellow doesn't light
tan/blue doesn't light

Blue/bk always hot

Also I replaced the motor, thinking that was the original problem.
