Changing Fuel Pump, Before Putting Bed Back On Inspection

Hi, I pulled my bed to replace the fuel pump and was looking around. Is this hose from the brake line supposed to just hang here?


Also, it looks like a hose belongs on this cannister....maybe not.


I had a 5th wheel hitch installed a long time ago and a couple of others worked on it through the years. I have noticed the ABS doesn't kick is as soon in the last 5 or so years....if at all.

Sorry, I posted in the wrong year model range. It's my 2000 f150.

I assume you mean it is coming from what is pictured below. And yes, that is supposed to be just hanging there, it is your axle vent.

It's the one above, tied into the brake line.

You know, I think you're right. It's just using the common mounting point as the brakes. thanks.



Anyone know about the cannister hose?
