Review how a misfire code is detected and set.
Fuel additives are not the answer to a single cylinder misfire.
The cause is right at the cylinder from a plug, boot, coil or cylinder problem.
Look at the plug for signs of gasket failure from the cooling system, dark carbon coloration, plug thread leakage etc.
It's not from some other cause far removed form the intake/combustion process..
