Specific Power help

I have a 1998 4.2 f150 automatic 2x4 I need specific ideas product things that worked for you performance wise I plane on lifting another inch and a half on top of my 2 inch any replies will he thankful

I have and Edge Evo Tuner, Volant CAI, and put a new exhaust on with a Hooker muffler. These made me happy for the amount of money i spent.
