Changing oil?

My 2001 V6 has got 240k miles on it. Just started using a little oil between changes. Been using the recommended 5-20W in it, thinking about switching to 10-30 next change?

I would try 5w30 first, and if that don't help, go to 10w30.

Decided to go with "high mileage" 5W-30. Couldn't find high mileage 5W-20.

Let you know in 3K what I think about it.
