Rear Shock Replacement - Cut them out?

After 139K it is time to replace the rear shocks on my 02 Screw. I took a glance at the bolts and they have seen better days. I am pretty sure that the top bolts are going to be rusted solid. I searched and from what I gather some have cut out the shocks. Any tips to doing this?

Also, I am not sure if the new shocks (Gabriel 81913's) come with new bolts for the bottom. Does anyone know what size hardware is required?

Shocks generally dont come with the bottom bolts. I lost them last time I did an F150 and had to find new ones,,

Does anyone happen to know what the specs are on the hardware needed for the lower bolts?

My hopes are to have the bolts ready to go. Going to the hardware store in the middle of the job is no fun.

Any help would be appreciated!

Turns out the bolts came out with ease so cutting was not needed. It's like a whole new truck after replacing the original shocks!
